True to our Silicon Valley roots, Midland got its start in a garage. That was in 1965, and we've grown quite a bit since then, but founder Rob Boynton remains intimately involved in every project and in all phases of the design process, just as he was in the beginning.

We call our design process “design development,” and for our clients it means Rob and his team of expert craftsmen, designers and building professionals are there from start to finish, offering you their wealth of knowledge, insight and creativity.

Our reputation for fine cabinetry is just part of the Midland story: We do it all, from casework to millwork, design development to installation.
